74. Nightrain

 Everything you see me wearing is off good old ebay. Including the hair dye.

So after drooling over this tumblr site and all its pretty hair pictures I decided I needed some dip dye action back in my life. I shall probably do some from of step-by-step post in the next few days. Onto the outfit! Both the top and the skirt were purchased on a recent major ebay splurge. The skirt can be found here, and the tee can be found here. Bargainous eh?! A pink flowy skirt isn't necessarily "me" but as Jen recently posted, its good to take a sartorial step outside your comfort zone. I think it's made more my own though with the boots that do not leave my feet, and a good old fashioned band tee.

73. I Don't Like Cricket

Debuting my old man cricket jumper. I've wanted one ever since seeing Diana Vickers wearing one on X Factor, what must now be yeeeeears ago, and have had similar saved in my ebay watch list for a while. So imagine my delight at finding this pristine condition one for £6.50 in Cancer Research!

72. Woah Young Filly

Is it warm? Is it cold? I have no idea. Which is why I wear a wooly hats and hoodies with shorts and crop tops these days. Did anyone else get the animal print crops from H&M last year? They did a bunny one too. I remember buying the horse one, and liking it very much, til I saw an 8 year old wearing the same one the next day. However I no longer care, so back out it comes.

After previously complaining about my lack of an iphone/instagram, I was swiftly directed to www.molo.me by my beautiful bezza,which is a very similar thing for all the wonderful blackberry users out there. Currently doing the good girlfriend bit, and have had a turkey casserole simmering away for the last couple of hours, and then we should be going to see Wrath of the Titans at the cinema tonight. I've been promised hot man flesh to look at during the film...so if there's not, there will be wrath from me also. (GEDDIT?!)

71. When I Wish I Had Instagram

I can only apologise for the hideous layout of the photos. I could've done better. But it's SUNDAY.

So my Easter has brought no choclitt eggs, just a chicken kiev and roast potatoes in bed at lunchtime. Now sat in boys hoody and sweats, waiting for some ebay items I want to bid on to end in a little while, then I'm hopping on a train to Bognor Regis (bleurgh) this eve to go for a couple of drinks with friends. What can I say? Its a life of luxury I lead. I might get to doing some DIY on a few clothing items today too-by which I off course mean just getting scissor happy, and hacking away at clothes like a horror movie villain on a teenage blonde.

Me: "Well if you want to spend money on me....I'd like a dress from Topshop?"

69. May The Odds Be Ever In Your Favour

So I went on a little jaunt today in the sun, with absolutely no idea in my head where I was going. Just started walking. And after my legs inexplicably took me to Topshop (but with my purse at home I was safe) they then took me across grassy areas, into this woodland. It felt very Hunger Games let me tell you, and I was 2 seconds away from hunting down some squirrel for meat. It was really pretty, and I'm so glad I decided to go out, even though I was on my own, otherwise I would've just been sat indoors with the tv on, whilst mindlessly browsing stuff online. As it is my vitamin D intake is set to RDA OVERLOAD, and tell me...do you think my legs look tanned? LIE TO ME AND SAY YES.

Special mention to the boots, which I got my Schuh's ebay store  for £21 rather than £60, as they are an ex display pair. As for the top and shorts, neither are new, but you can find similar shorts here and here, and a similar top here and here. Shorts are the way forward for me now, I just need to find a sunbleached desert to explore, and I feel I'll be in their perfect setting.

68. Fresh Ink

This is my freshest piece! Took 3 hours on Wednesday, and I'm going back in a month or so for another hour roughly, to get the roses shaded fully. It actually wasn't too painful-just started to get a bit sore towards the end of the third hour as you can imagine. Needless to say I've been subjecting the world to my pasty legs the last couple of days to show it off. Thank goodness for the vague hints of sunshine that allowed me to do this! I've had all this week off work, and its gone by quite nicely, lunches with friends, junk food sleepovers, above tattoo, drinks in the evening with friends I'd not seen in a while, and devouring all of "The Hunger Games" trilogy. I finished the last one today, and since I cry so easily at books/films/tv/adverts, the tears were streaming unashamedly! Back to work on Monday, and I'm hoping the days will go by quite quickly, so I can cross off the last day on the little countdown I have on my calendar til Thomas comes home! 9 days to go!
